From Fiumicino Airport:
A taxi costs around €50-60 (there is no flat rate because the EUR is outside the city centre). Alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini station and then the underground Line B towards Laurentina, getting off at Laurentina station (25 minutes).
From Roma Termini railway station: The best way is to take the underground Line B towards Laurentina, getting off at Laurentina station (25 minutes).
By car:
The best exit from the ring road (GRA) is Laurentina – Cecchignola – Città militare. The hotel has ample car parking (for a fee).
